Grief and Bereavement Support

Compassionate support through every step of your grief journey.

A calm, compassionate space to navigate loss

Grief changes everything — your routines, your relationships, your sense of self, and the way you move through the world. It can feel overwhelming, isolating, or confusing, whether your loss is recent or something you’ve been carrying for a long time. You deserve a space where your feelings are honoured, your story is heard, and your experience is met with compassion and dignity.

I offer gentle, personalised grief and bereavement support to help you navigate the emotional, practical, and relational shifts that follow loss. This support sits alongside my Funeral Celebrancy and Life Coaching services, creating a continuum of care through life’s most profound transitions.

This support is for you if you have experienced:

The death of a loved one

Anticipatory grief

Sudden or traumatic loss

Loss of identity, role, or stability

Loss of a beloved pet

Emotional overwhelm during major life transitions

You may come for support immediately after a loss, months later, or years down the line. There is no “right time” — only the time that feels right for you.

My Approach

My work is grounded in compassion, presence, and respect. I meet you exactly where you are, without judgement or expectation. I can work with you in a one to one or group setting. Together, we explore your experience, honour your emotions, and gently build the resilience needed to move through life after loss.

One to one sessions are shaped around your needs, your pace, and your emotional landscape.

Group sessions allow for peer support.

Some people come for a few sessions; others prefer longer‑term support. There is no right or wrong way.

Many people come to grief support after a funeral or memorial service. Others begin coaching first and move into grief work later. You can step into any service at any time.

  • Funeral ceremonies honour your loved one
  • Grief support helps you navigate the emotional journey
  • Life coaching helps you rebuild when you’re ready

Your path is your own — and I’m here to walk beside you.
